Our operating hours are Monday through Friday, 10am to 5pm EST, excluding holidays.
We currently ship to US residences within the 48 contiguous states only. We DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any of the U.S. minor outlying islands. We DO NOT ship to any international addresses.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 next business days of receiving your order. A confirmation email will be sent after your order is received. An email with tracking number will be sent separately once your order is dispatched. The exact shipping cost for your order will be added and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. We ship from our office in New York and commit to shipping your order as quickly as possible. However, we ask for your understanding for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or extreme weather conditions. Please anticipate delays during sale periods and holidays.
When placing your order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct–you should provide an address that will be attended during normal business hours as you will need to sign for your package.
UNIFORMED will not be responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit as a result of authorizing the courier service to leave your parcel unattended should nobody be at the delivery address to sign for it.
Applicable sales tax will be included on all orders placed to a New York state address only.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.
Initiate your return by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order Number, SKU Number and a reason for return. We will email you back with a Return Number and shipping label.
A return shipping and handling fee of $15 will be automatically deducted from your total refund amount. If you prefer an exchange/store credit, this $15 will be waived. Store credit does not expire.
If you would like an exchange, please let us know what item and size you would like. We will put this on hold for you and will ship this out as soon as we receive and process your return.
All sale items are only available for store credit/exchange.
All pre-orders are charged at full price at time of order. In an effort to reduce waste and over production, we offer merchandise that is produced on demand and in limited quantities. These items are marked as pre-orders and ship when the product is finished from the artisans/factory/knitting mills. You can order these items by selecting your size and completing the check-out process.
The expected ship date for pre-ordered merchandise is noted on each product page that offers pre-order. We try to keep the dates as noted on the product page, however, should there be any delays we will email you as soon as possible. Full refunds will be issued for any pre-orders unable to be fulfilled. If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-ordered items we will ship the in-stock items first.
